SAAG RR Infra Ltd consultancy arms

SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed that the Company has incorporated the following Companies to provide consultancy services:

1. PROTEUS ENERGY LTD (herein after referred as "PEL")

The Company will hold 51% equity interest in PEL and Proteus Global Solutions Pty Ltd ("Proteus") will hold the remaining 49% equity interest in PEL. PEL is incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of the Company for facilitating the incorporation procedure and necessary shares will be issued to Proteus to share the equity interest as given above.

2. QEDi PROTEUS ENERGY LTD (herein after referred as "QEDI Proteus")

Proteus Energy Ltd ("PEL") will hold 50% of the equity interest in QEDI Proteus and QED International (UK) Ltd ("QEDI UK") will hold the remaining 50% equity interest in QEDI Proteus. QEDI Proteus is incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of the Company for facilitating the incorporation procedure and necessary shares will be issued / transferred to QEDI UK and PEL to share the equity interest as given above.
