VJIL Consulting Ltd has informed that with reference to the announcement made on the November 07, 2007, the Company has clarified as under:

"On September 19, 2007, the Company Law board, Chennai passed its final order but on October 06, 2007, Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh passed interim suspension of the said Company Law Board orders.

The election of the directors made by the general body of shareholders at the Extra Ordinary general meeting held on February 12, 2007 is concerned, the board, as constituted by the general body of share holders at the said meeting is the legal board of directors. The said Board of Directors is competent to discharge all the functions vested under the provisions of the Companies Act. So the Board meeting held on October 13, 2007 is valid."
