Todays Writing Products Ltd has informed that the Company's subsidiary Today's Petrotech Ltd.(TPTL) has entered in to a joint venture with Naftogaz India Pvt Ltd (NG) a wholly owned subsidiary of Naftogaz of Ukraine.

The National Joint Stock Company (NJSC) Naftogaz of Ukraine is the leading enterprise in Ukraine's fuel and energy complex, one of the biggest Ukrainian companies. NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine is a vertically integrated oil and gas company engaged in full cycle of operations in gas and oil field exploration and development, production and exploratory drilling, gas and oil transport and storage, supply of natural gas and LPG to consumers. Over 97% of the oil and gas in Ukraine is produced by the enterprises of the Company.

Naftogaz of Ukraine processes gas, oil and condensate at the Company's five gas processing plants, which produce LPG. motor fuels and other types of petroleum products. The Company has its own brand filling station network.

In the Joint venture Naflogaz shall provide necessary technical support by way of authorizations, data, skilled personnel etc. as may be required by the JV from time to time for execution of the projects undertaken by the JV. In consideration of the technical support Naftogaz will have a ten percent stake in the JV and a technical consultancy fee of 4% of the total value of the contract acquired by the JV.

Today's Petrotech Ltd (TPTL) shall, be responsible for sourcing business with its knowledge base about the oil and gas sector. The financial, logistic and administrative support shall be provided by TPTL.

This joint venture further enhances the capabilities of TPTL in the upstream and downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry and in particular opens up cross selling possibilities for our hydrocarbon pump business being set up under an agreement with world leaders ITT of US.
