Union Bank of India & IIFCL enters into MOU

Union Bank of India has informed that the Bank and India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together in the areas of creating deal flows, syndication and other banking services.

An MOU signing ceremony was held at New Delhi on December 05, 2007.
