BEML gets orders from NCL

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has informed about the following:

1. BEML launched a Marketing office cum warehouse at Malaysia in the name of BEML (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (787108-A) at Johor Bharu on October 23, 2007 in the presence of Hon'ble Dy. Minister of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs, Government of Malaysia, Y B Dato Veerasingham alias Subbaiah, High Commissioner of India at Malaysia. This office will
function as the regional global distribution centre for stocking and selling its spare parts and servicing equipments in south asian region and Australia.

2. BEML secured an order from M/s. Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) for supply and servicing of 3 nos. 20 cum electric rope shovels worth Rs 648 crores.
