Pan Packaging Industries Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired 65000 square yards of land at a prime location on Pakhowal Road (Main Airport Road) at Ludhiana, an industrial hub of the State of Punjab and is attracting huge investment both in industrial and real estate sector.

The Company proposes to construct a five star hotel, ultra modern shopping complex, Hi-end health spa, super luxurious club, service apartments and service villa on a covered area of 17,50,000 square feet. The shopping complex will offer shopping facilities along with a range of multi cuisine food courts and entertainment hubs for all age groups.

The project is exquisitely designed with well plan floors and systematic lay outs and will offer ample parking space. The cost of the project is envisaged at about Rs 500 crores.
