Raymond Q2 Results

Raymond Ltd has announced the following Unaudited Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007:

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 307.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1414.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total Income is Rs 3745.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 3745.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

In view of the divestment of Denim business effective August 01, 2006, figures of the current period are not comparable with corresponding figures of previous period.
