Ckoramaandel Cements considers bonus issue

Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To Consider and approve the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on September 30, 2007 (18 Months) and Balance Sheet as on that date.

2. To Consider the proposal for issue of Bonus Shares.
