Godrej Consumer Products rights issue

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2007, inter alia, has approved the issue of further equity shares by way of rights, upto a maximum amount of Rs 400 crore. The detailed structure and other terms of the Rights issue shall be decided by the Rights Issue committee of the Board at a subsequent point of time.
