Indian Govt to ban posting Videos?

Apparently, the Indian Govt is considering banning posting videos on the Internet

They are planning to do this to counter Cyber crime that involves posting morphed photographs and videos

This includes banning posting photos & videos from the mobile phones also

They are considering whether they should impose a blanket ban or work with the sites and mobile operators to filter content

How they are going to do that is a completely different thing
