Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed that as a part of expansion plans of the Company, M/s. Icon Hospitality Pvt Ltd, which is Subsidiary to Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd, acquired Hotel Royal Orchid Central, at a consideration of Rs 82,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Two Crores only).

Hotel Royal Orchid Central, which is in CBD area, off M G Road, Bangalore has a 130 Deluxe category rooms with two fine dining restaurants includes bar and other facilities.
