Cinevistaas stock split

Cinevistaas Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2007, to discuss, consider and declare the record date for the stock split from Rs 10/- to Rs 2 per share, and to consider allotment of shares reissued subsequent to forfeiture of partly paid shares.
