Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 22, 2007 to December 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 28, 2007.
