Sybly Industries Ltd has informed that during the F.Y. 2006-07, Company had raised Rs 206.40 lacs through allotment of equity shares upon conversion of 14,20,000 warrants earlier allotted on Preferential basis. The details of the utilisation of the said sum upto September 30, 2007 is as under:

Particulars of Utilisation of funds upto the Period ended September 30, 2007:

a. Capital Investment (Against Plant & Machinery) : Rs 176.00 lacs

b. In Bank Deposits (Pending Utilisation) : Rs 30.40 lacs

Total Utilisation of funds : Rs 206.40 lacs
